How do I cancel my order?
  • You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours after the order was placed. If it has been over 24 hours we are unable to cancel your order.  To cancel please send and email to assist@shopgoldnglam.com with the order# and that you would like to cancel your order. You will receive a confirmation email.

Can I return the item purchase and get a refund?

  • Returns accepted within 2 weeks for a refund 30 days for store credit.
What is the standard turnaround time for shipping?
  • On average, orders ship 1-2 weeks business weeks after an order is placed.  However, orders placed during new releases and sales at times can take 2-4 business weeks for shipment. 

My order was lost in the mail. 

  • Gold N Glam is not responsible for lost packages. We do encourage you to try and prevent this by purchasing insurance for your order at an additional fee. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that have not been insured. To obtain insurance on your package please inform us during checkout in the note to seller box. We will send you an invoice for the additional fee for the insurance on your order
    • Please note that we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
    • Also, note that we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered into our system or on PayPal.
    • Our obligations have been fulfilled once your package is confirmed delivered by the post office.

Where is my order?

  • Please refer to your tracking number for up to date information on shipping status

My order was marked "Delivered" but it was not received

  • Occasionally the USPS will mark a package delivered 1-2 days before the package arrives.  I kindly ask that you be patient in these instances and wait 1-2 business days before reaching out to customer service.  
  • If the package has still not appeared, please check with the office (if you live in an apartment complex) or check with neighbors to see if the package can be delivered. 
  • If the package is still not recovered after this point, please check with your local post office.
  • If your order was shipped priority, you may file a claim after 15 days by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm for The USPS can also be contacted at 1-877-275-8777 to see if the package can be recovered and delivered correctly
  • First class packages - you may open up a missing mail search after 7 business days by visiting the USPS site at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm  
  • Please note that  Gold N Glam Boutique is not liable for missing packages marked as "delivered" that are either misdelivered by the post office or due to theft on your property.  Thank you for understanding.
